The staff were really friendly, amicable, definitely want to stay in that area again. I have stayed in family room with fantastic view and how looked on the internet for 14 nights. This location was marvellous and brilliant, short walk to pubs, beach and shops and centre.

The staff was very amiable and the place was spotlessly clean. I have just spent 3 days in double room with fresh towels, the internet, as for instance, and really enjoyed it. The location was magnificent and fab for me, close to the waterfront. Exceptional service offered in this hotel.

I enjoyed the regency-style building and my neat room with a balcony. The hotel's location was marvellous, short walk to a slope as well as the sea, shops, pubs, restaurants and Brighton Centre. It also was by the Artists' Residence where I had originally booked as The Regency was equally good for half the price.
